Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match, commonly abbreviated to RDM is where an innocent player kills another players without a valid reason, for example shooting someone for aiming at them.

Player A kills Player B and doesn’t identify the body. Player C then KOSes Player A.
Player A shoots near Player B without reason. Player B then KOSes Player A.
Player A throws a diamond block into the ocean. Player B then KOSes Player A.

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
Player A aims at Player B. Player B then KOSes player A.
Player A calls a KOS on tower and attempts to kill anyone who comes inside.
