As Wladislaw Stanislaw also mentioned in my screenshot; simply asking someone to stop is the right way to go about this. Acting like this, throwing your weight as an ex-HA is very strange behavior. Continuing after I asked you to stop was also an attempt to bait me. People are very rarely nasty on bhop but attitudes like yours are the reason moderation is required on the server.
Edit: Additionally I only vaped twice and you went off. It wasn't like I was standing in spawn blocking the vision. Perhaps you should be slightly more tolerant in the future.
