How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been an admin for a month and a half now, in that time i have experienced a little of everything. I have become friendly with a handful of users and staff.
When i make mistakes i thankfully get told, or realize in the moment that i have messed up - if i can, i fix it myself, if not, i ask the other staff members if they can help me. I learn from what i did wrong, and never do it again.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?
Activity:
On the server:
Everyday i aim for about 2 hours of staffing on the server.
And to get above the minimun expectation of handled reports.
Forum:
I check the forum for new posts and comments atleast once a day.
If i were to see a pending punishment appeal i would gladly handle it.
Discord:
I regularly check the staff discord at random times on the day. And keep it open when i am on the server so i can be notified if a staff member wants my attention. I also check if a staff member has requested for more staff on the server, in that case i will join.
TeamSpeak:
I attend the meetings. I listen to you guys arguing over the applicant's vibe. And i vote on the applicants.
Attitude / Behavior:
I try my best to remain as cool and nice as possible when talking with users and staff. And i am always willing to answer questions from users and staff.
I do my best as to not let my emotions get the better of me, when dealing with a tricky/difficult situation. And i always make sure that i have adequate objective evidence to justify my
negative actions; like muting a user for disrespect.
Understanding in Ethos & Rules:
I think i have a good understanding in the Ethos and server rules because i have read and enforced them many times.
I do not punish new players as harshly as experienced players as i believe in the new player being able to learn to follow the server rules; in contrast to an experienced player who wants to have their fun at the expense of other players.
Other:
If i get accepted i hope to bring up or work on issues and/or proposed changes at a higher level of administration.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
So far i have
dealt with two hacker instances where no LT members were on the server.
In those situations i send a Anti-Cheat request on (STEAMID) (NAME), in the
Contact Request Discord Channel to the LT members.
In both of those instances i recorded video evidence of the suspected cheater cheating. That evidence along with another staff member's evidence was voted on the following meeting where both suspected cheaters were
punished for cheating.
In those two instances, the suspected cheater either left the server before a LT member joined the server to run Anti-Cheat on them. Or turned out
clean in the Anti-Cheat. Whereafter i posted video evidence of the suspected cheater.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
First
I would look at the provided evidence
Second
I would talk with the staff member about the situation
Third
I would take the reporter's view and compare to the staff member's view
Fourth
I would form a verdict to the reporter's report, but before i submit it.
I would do one last check at the situation to see if i missed anything. If all checks out. I submit my verdict.
Scenario: Staff member is accused of abusing commands.
Accepted:
Hi X
After reviewing your abuse report and talking with the staff member.
I have decided to
accept your abuse report.
Your provided evidence clearly shows staff member Y abusing their powers.
Which is not something staff members should be doing.
Therefore
we have issued an
appropriate punishment to the staff member.
The staff member is sorry for their actions and have promised to not do it again!

(Falsely applied
punishments by the staff member will be removed shortly.)
Thank you for submitting the report abuse.
Denied:
Hi X
After reviewing your abuse report and talking with the staff member.
I have decided to
deny your abuse report.
Your provided evidence does not show adequate proof of the staff member abusing commands.
Or rather your provided evidence shows the staff member is simply doing their job.
And therefore i cannot accept this abuse report.

No action has been taken. Thank you for understanding.
My history with handling punishment appeals:
The one (1) punishment appeal i have handled
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would ask the staff member why they chose that amount of ban time.
If the staff member is dead-set on that
excessive ban time being fit for the user.
I would go over the recommended ban lenghts and the ethos with them, to try and clear up the misunderstanding.
If the staff member remains at their original view. I would let the other LT members know about this situation.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would intervene on the situation and first resolve the situation with the user.
Once the situation has been resolved with the user.
I would review the situation and look for where things went wrong.
If it turns out the staff member was unable to remain calm and cool while dealing with the user:
I would go over the key points of the Staff Attitude guidelines with the staff member.
If i spot the same staff member a short time later struggling with attitude again, i would let the other LT members know about this situation.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
If the staff member claims this is a serious situation and not a joke.
I would ask the accusing staff member if they have evidence of the accused staff member breaking rules.
If so, and if the evidence clearly shows the accused staff member breaking rules i would let the other LT members know about this situation for further action. Either way i would tell the accused staff member that rule breaking is wrong and that they should stop doing it.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
Call out the disrespectful staff member and tell them to stop being disrespectful.
If the staff member continues in their
onslaughter of disrespect.
I would let the other LT members know about this situation for further action.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I immediately get their attention and tell the staff member that what they are doing is wrong and that they should stop what they are doing. Aswell as warn them that they risk getting demoted on the spot if they continue. Additionally i would let the other LT members know about this situation.
