Thank you for taking the time to make this report, we really appreciate users helping keep the server free from people who choose not to follow our rules.

All the proof except for the prop block, is pretty clear. We don't see him placing the prop, therefore cannot prove it belongs to him off of that clip alone. I am willing to bargain it was him though based off of the fact he has already had a warning from me for doing the same sort of stuff, only yesterday and he seems to be using it to his advantage anyway.

He has broken a select few rules, that being:

• 2.2 - Random Death Match
• 1.1 / 1.2 - Discrimination & Disrespect
• 4.10 - Prop Block

In terms of his punishment, I think it's fair I ban him for a couple of days. He has had an extremely poor attitude toward me and other people. He has only been back a few days and I have yet to see him follow the rules. He has had a lot of verbal warnings from myself and multiple other staff members too.

Hopefully this punishment gives him time to consider his actions and allow him to realise we won't tolerate behaviour similar to his!
