I am going to be denying this report, due to there being a lack of evidence. There is a few reasons for this, mainly the clips length and lack of there being anyone called Donks. Regardless no rules were broken here. Yes it was an active nuke however, there appears to be nobody in combat during the 8 seconds, up until the very end at least. It looks as though the police were reviving a teammate before continuing with a raid?
