Thank you for taking the time to make this report, I have looked at the proof and come to the concluded that there will be no further action taken against either Zorans or PlayBoi Carti. This is because another staff member seems to have already handled the matter in-game, despite it in my eyes being a far too harsh punishment and it being a clear breach of the staff ethos.

In regards to Zorans; he seemed to be doing the least in this game of back and forth between multiple people on the server, and none of what he said I would deem as relatively bad, at most I would have given him a verbal warning. Given that he had no recent punishments and no punishments since 2017, I would probably encourage him to appeal his punishment because, again his punishment seems far too extreme for what he has actually done.

If I can get the chance to try and speak to ImSoviet, I will be doing so and trying to get him to read through the ZARP Staff Ethos again, although I am not lead team so I am really not in any authority over him.
