And as I know people prefer serious comments for these type of applications as opposed to those made in jest I'd like to highlight why I believe Darling deserves this role

"My plan as Head Admin is to help out the best I can and try to be a good replacement for the last HA’s, that sadly left us not too long ago. I want to be the “go-to Person” for the staff team when they need help"

This statement already rings true for me as Darling has helped me countless times, whether it be because I'm a confused boomer/simpleton or to help provide additional information that would be beneficial to me/other staff member however one such example that springs to mind is when an appeal was in contention and he reached out to me to get my side and was fully understanding the whole way through & helped put my anxiety riddled mind to rest.

Darling is very honest & helpful with feedback & always provides a valuable insight on where improvements can be made.

He is fully versed in the policies, processes & rules of the server which of course should be a given however he is literally a fountain of knowledge when it comes to them (if he's online and I'm going full boomer with my brain, he's the first person I'll turn to for confirmation)
