I'll just say I think it's poor form to discuss detail or lack thereof when there is no guidelines to how detailed you would like the application to be. From my understanding people's demeanor and conduct in the game should speak far more than a written application for this kind of role. I could write in detail about exactly how I'd moderate exactly every situation but until that situation arises you have exactly no idea how someone will response vs. how they say they will. Someone unable to improvise and instead read from their written script on how to be a moderator will be a poor moderator in my book.
