How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I feel that as I have been Admin for a while now, I have fully learnt how to deal with F1’s and difficult users effectively and to the best of my ability. So far I have never been in an argument with another staff member. I have also not been in any arguments with users while I have been a staff member.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I have been staff on a lot of other servers which makes me able to deal with players who do not know the rules or players who are intentionally trying to ruin the game for others. I have also handling a lot of ban and punishment appeals as well as punishment requests on the forums. This gives me the ability to be able to evaluate evidence and decide on an outcome.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Sometimes, a ban appeal I am handling required the help of a LT member. When none are able to respond, I have to come up with a solution myself.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
First of all, I would let the reporter know that I was handling the appeal. I would then review the evidence and decide if the staff member was actually abusing. If they were, then I would speak to them in discord or teamspeak and tell them what they did wrong. Depending on the level of abuse. I would either let them off but with a serious warning, or I would bring it up in the next LT meeting and see if they deserved an official warning.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
First of all I would ask the staff member if the had made a mistake with the ban length. If the staff member had intentionally banned the user for that long, then I would tell them the appropriate amount of time the user should be banned for. I would then correct the ban.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?[/color
First of all, I would tell the staff member that every user is meant to be treated equally. If the user is being difficult however, I would TP to the sit area and help the staff member come to a decision on what to do with the user.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would first ask the staff member if they had any evidence and if so to provide it to me via PM’s. I would then ask the other staff member their side of the story. If the evidence clearly shows them breaking a rule, I would speak to the privately and ask them to stop. I would also ask them to read the rules and make sure that they don’t break the rules again

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
Firstly, I would ask the person who started the argument what happened and why they had the argument. I’d then speak to both the staff members individually and try and get them all to apologise to each other. If none of them wanted to apologise then I would diffuse the situation in alternative way

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
First of all I would contact them in game through the staff chat or PM’s. I would ask them if they are aware of what rules they are breaking. I’d then ask them to stop breaking those rules and again ask them to read the rules so that the situation does not occur again. I would also ask them to apologize to anyone who they affected during the rule break.
