basically this is the bridge that rick blows up with dynamite in s9 ep5 "what comes after" after he leads walkers over the bridge he shoots a bag filled with dynamite and destroys the bridge causing him to fall into the river too, coincidently Jadis had been trying to hijack her way onto a commonwealth helicopter by saying that she had one of the things the commonwealth wanted ( A or a B ) when she didn't have either, rick then washes up injured on to the river bank and she then tells the helicopter that she has a B and they are both taken to what's presumed to be the commonwealth.
