gametracker says you havent played in a month but im guessing that is just broken, you said you have 56 hours but if you are going for sa il assume it was a typo (it has happened before), the rest is more or less pretty good, the apps pretty detailed cant see much wrong with it so
edit; i assumed you already had the admin role but if you are just a user, like nick said even if a ha+ gives you permission you can only go straight to admin not super admin
