After reading your appeal and talking to Joshua and some members of the SSRP lead team about it I've decided to deny it. You are not allowed to take over a district that contains bases, even if those bases don't have any conventional doors. Next time you should ask the owner of said base to relocate their base before you take over the district.

Your punishment will not be removed.
