After reading your report and talking to the reported staff member and other members of the SSRP lead team about it I've decided to deny it. You're not allowed to take over a district that contains bases, including ones that don't have any conventional doors. Nafe had his base in Rich District way before you and your gang took over. After you claimed the district, you and your gang members decided to attack the RP house which is clearly against the rules. Nafe froze one of your gang members to talk to them about the situation which isn't an issue, even if the person equipped a suit and a gluon since it prevents them from taking damage. Judging by the video you clearly knew that Nafe was in an admin situation and you still thought it would be a good idea to shoot him and therefore break another rule. Under these circumstances I don't see any issues with him giving you a warning. You and you gang members should have asked him if he could relocate his base before taking over the whole district and starting a nuke. Nafe didn't do anything wrong in this situation. You and some of your gang members on the other hand broke multiple rules.

No action will be taken against the reported staff member.
