Just to clarify my RP HOUSE was there 10 minutes before they owned the district or had even tried to communicate with me.

PL RP Houses were forcefully removed by Etherious staff because they were intentionally made to prevent Etherious from nuking before
Nothing about this is in the rules so that's an issue

You can look at this both ways and unfortunately that's the problem, there is no rule to clarify anything.

One way is you can say "Nafe and Ardiemma were there first to stop them nuking" (ok lol I can see into the future).

Or they intentionally claimed the district and started a nuke without speaking to us or asking us to move and then complained when it affected them.

We have precedence over you though. It STATES in the rules that WE own the district and you shouldn't be building in our base.
