Making an RP house inside of someone else's district is either not allowed or is a loophole, warning someone in a nuke and freezing someone in a nuke is just not how u handle rulebreaks properly

EDIT: as richard said u shouldnt have rdmed the admin, but he shouldnt have warned u in a nuke in ur suit
