After talking to Red and a few other staff members I have decided to remove your ban, however I recommend you apologise to Red when you see him on the server since it seems you were targeting him before you were banned, your appeal is short and misses some key things but I understand youe English isn't the best and a 3 day ban for 6 recents is kind of excessive, consider this appeal
