Server Name: Bhop

Suggestion Title: Lower RTV music and / or add disable option.

How would it benefit the server: Less deaf = better.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: It's just very loud, especially if I am on my speakers, it not only blasts out of them but also interrupts my own music. There doesn't seem to be a way to get rid of it unless you mute the entire game sound. If I happen to be tabbed out or something I have to rush back into the game and quickly click off the RTV menu in a panic
