i have suggested so many maps before that dont need css and most of them have enough spanws

when working on maps it's not just as simple as drag and drop for server maps. If they create lag or have issues with errors and such then they need work to fix these errors. Spawns isn't a massive deal but can be changed to stop bugs happening within play time on the server,
