Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My time as mod has gotten me familear with the rules on surf aswell as the available commands and how/when to use them.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
So far i havent gotten one of thos situations yet. Everything that happened, i was able to take care of and bring the server to a normal state again. If a situation happens where i couldnt do anything, i would get evidence and send it to someone higher so they can take care of it later.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
First i would introduce them to the moderator rank and tell what they are supposed to do. After that i would take them over the command wichcan be accessed by pressing tab and clicking on a player:

-Chat mute: Stops the player from being able to send messages in chat. use this when someone is spamming / saying things they shouldnt in chat.
-Voice mute: Same as chat mute, except for voicechat.
-Mute: Voice and chat combined.
-Strip weapons: Use this when people are abusing their weapons, hindering players from being able to play propperly, to remove their weapons.
-Send message: Send the player a private message that other players cant see.
-Spectate: Using this you can spectate someone and they dont notice.
-Kick: Kick the player from the server, use this if they keep doing something bad, spamming/exploiting,... and you already warned them.

Additional tools/commands:
-!warn in chat: Formally warn a player, used after they continue doing something when you already told them to stop (or already muted them befre in the case of spamming/disrespect).
f6: Check a users past infractions, You can base your punishments off of what you can see in here, only if its been less than 2 weeks ago (date&time is red).

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
First i would talk to the staff in question that made the ban (if they're still staff). If the conclusion has been come to unman the player, i would write:

I have good experience in being admin/staff because i currently hold the super administrator rank on prophunt. This should show i can be trusted with the admin rank and am capable of handing situations you can come across as an administrator. Other than that i would like to be able to contribute more to the server by being admin and having acces to more tools/commands to provide better playing experience to everyone.
