How would you handle a TS3/Discord appeal?:
I would speak to the banning staff member, and confirm if the user's side of the story is true. If their story is true, it will likely play into the verdict of the appeal, as they have not lied in their appeal. I would discuss the ban with the banning staff member and understand what went into the ban or mute. When talking with the staff member, I would make sure that we are on the same page, both understanding the situation and why it happened. Depending on the severity of the infraction, I would post my verdict and the user would either be unbanned, or stay banned.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
Ban - Used for a disruptive user causing problems or breaking the TS rules constantly.
Kick - Used for a disruptive user who is causing problems that aren't too major who just need to cool down.
Moving Users - Used for moving people into private spacers to speak, or into the meeting room.
Assigning Roles / Badges - Used to give people ranks or remove ranks for people who have been accepted, promoted, or demoted.
Removing Avatars - Useful if somebody has something disgusting or against the rules in their avatar.
Discord - Assigning Roles / Badges - Helpful when there is a new staff member who is asking for a role on the Discord, especially when you are currently training somebody.
What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):
I would be ready to assign roles for people in the Discord, and handle appeals by users for both Discord and TeamSpeak. I would also be able to train new staff members for TeamSpeak / Discord, which is something I have always enjoyed doing for SSRP. I would be ready for any help that somebody might need that requires the use of a Head Administrator or a staff member in general. I am available to help out other staff members who need help with a decision, or just have a question for me. Finally, I would handle report abuses against users or staff members on both platforms.
