I'll say the same thing I said to Stephen and to Insanity, activity and report counts are expected of staff, while lots of activity is good, those two things alone will NOT get you Super Admin, you need to show you stand out from the others, show leadership qualities and know what to do in every situation, be the one to give advice not ask for it(not saying you do but having firm knowledge of the rules and having knowledge of what to do in every situation without needing to question yourself is a good start.

I like you, but there are way to many SA's atm and personally you dont show enough qualities that I would expect a lead team member to have
