I have no idea what you or the discord server are like at the moment but based on your forums interactions you seem to be a good guy! The Discord (as far as I could tell) appears to be a mess that clearly might need someone capable of staffing it. I'm sure that given the chance you'll do amazingly at cleaning it up!
