Hi there, seems you clearly misunderstood the situation.
The person who was crouched aka vanilla skin started shooting, so Stephen/Black panther killed him, then Stephen/Black Panther got killed by a sniper outside of tower. GodinDisguise did not shoot or kill anyone ontop of tower.
