Suggestion Title: Fix the visor

How would it benefit the server: It's broken and does not have the correct damage/gluon resistance when not using the laser. It is not 15%.

Visor Suit - 900 Health | 1250 Armour | 15% Gluon Resistance | 15% Damage Resistance | 1.5 Speed | Jump Power 500
Now I've heard the jugg has 90% Gluon resistance (or much higher than a visor). The visor has LESS hp and armor, but tanked it.

Testing -> medal.tv/clips/35209879/d1337HV6U669 (Jugg takes 36 hp for a headshot with a psg-1. Mini2.0 gives 45hp for a headshot right click.)
Misc: medal.tv/clips/35221042/d1337Vewqv5e (Jugg would've taken 225HP for 5 right click headshots, with 1k armor. The visor took only 61HP for more right clicks.)
