How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:discord:if someone is clearly being targeted and they messaged/@ed/poked me i would check if the abuse is happening in chat or in a vc if its chat i would look at the messages and decide whether or not i think its bullying however if it happened in a discord vc i would first ask the victim for proof or join the vc to try catch the in the act then if i think it is bullying i would contact the offender and ask for his side of the story if he does not respond or just not give a proper answer i will decide the severity of the punishment based on the severity of the bullying

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
mute/gag-normally used for a first or minor offence
kick-for when a user repeatedly breaks the rules
ban- for either prolonged minor issues or or serious issues like racism and homophobia

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):I always have my phone on me so i am always available when ever someone needs something and frequently check discord ive always tried to help the staff and not tried to stir up anything and i think another discord staff is needed since only recently someone spammed racial slurs in the discord and it took ages for them to be banned im not trying to call people out but we need more people that dedicate time to discord and TS and not just people who got it through being LT as they tend to prioritise their own servers
