First of I have seen you as a player way back in 2019 so I know you are an OG player so I assume you got great knowledge of the rules.

You have only one week of activity and one recent punishment.
That recent punishment will decay until this weeks meeting.
I would like to see you get one more week of activity to really prove that you want this position on the staff team.



TL;DR get one more week of activity and have no more recents.
Try to get no more recents and interact with the community (including staff-members) a bit more, if you keep those two things up until the nexts weeks meeting, i don't really see a reason to deny you.
