Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A player commits Mass RDM and LTAP (RDMing 3 or more people and also leaving to avoid punishment)
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would first of all reply to the post by saying "Handling" so that every other staff member is aware and there is no confusion. Then I would talk to the admin that banned him as well as the user and come to a conclusion.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I have a lot of experience which can be seen based on my current and previous roles. My activity is quite consistent and I also find ways to help out the server that isn't just traditional staffing. I believe that the admin powers would allow me to be more independent when I'm on alone and there are no other staff members at the time. I'm very friendly and interact with both users and staff members alike, I try to always be objective and I don't hold grudges.

In case someone doesn't know, due to my past ranks I do not need to attend this week's meeting in order to be eligible for the rank (even though I will probably be there)
