After looking into you appeal and thoroughly discussing it in this weeks lead team meeting we've decided not to revoke your demotion. Last week we got reports about (multiple) acts of doxxing in a discord server related to our community. When we investigated these reports further we found that you, among other players, directly responded to at least one of those messages that, at the time, was posted two and a half weeks ago. When we confronted you about it shortly before the meeting you initially claimed that you didn't know anything about these messages. Once we showed you proof of you directly responding to said messages you claimed that you were at school and didn't have time to report the doxxing to us even though you had over two weeks to let us know about it. As a staff member you are expected to report situations like these as soon as possible so we can take action - even if someone claims to already have reported it or the person doing the doxxing is already community banned. If you want to get back into the staff team you need to re-apply and show us that you can be trusted again.

Your demotion will not be revoked.
