I am not the kind to be hating on the leadteam.
But this seems like such a unique situation, that I think a talking to, to make sure he knows what to do in the given situation, would've been more than enough.
I mean what if a staffmember were afk in the channel where a person is ddox threatening others? Would they be punished the same way?
Cuz if that's the case, the staffteam better check the entire chat history everytime they come back from being afk, or it would seem like it's demotion worthy.
This guy actually seems to be very happy to help out, so why not help him and explain stuff to him instead of getting rid of him? I honestly don't get it.
