what is up with the recent pattern of perma-banning for things that would normally warrant a mute or kick? do you expect them to just appeal it? the appeal process takes far longer than it should, so it's at the minimum a multi-day ban. if every person who was perma-banned never appealed, I don't think many would be here anymore.
