Suggestion Title: Defibrillators can be bought by Detectives

How would it benefit the server: Detectives have the chance to revive a dead innocent/detective and from that, kill a Traitor based on who killed the inno/detective given they say who killed them. Traitors already have an upperhand when it comes to winning most rounds, and this feature will force them to play smarter and generally make rounds more interesting.

Potential Issues/Exploits: This will more than likely cause confusion, especially for new players.
This could also cause problems if the person who gets revived got killed by an inno.

Additional notes: How fucking sick would it be to get revived and kill the traitor who killed you?
