the funny problem is that shutting down innocent cases of opinions makes people sour and become more toxic. the majority of the toxicity is manufactured by this process. when i've been wrongly punished, it was rather tempting to become sour and hateful - repeat this process a number of times with someone who cares to and then you have created a sour and hateful individual.

EDIT: I'd just like to add that by 'wrongly punished', I mean that other equal staff members looked over the cases and agreed there was nothing resembling a problem, not just my opinion of the punishment not being right.
