Why not here? I have all the chat logs indicating that you don't know that DNA from an identified body isn't enough for a KOS. I have nothing against you, but you are not fit for mod. You need a clear grasp of the rules in order to enforce them, and, being half-godlike and not knowing such a fundamental rule is troubling, to say the least.
