After reading the report and speaking to the staff member that punished you, I've decided to accept this report.

While you didn't give the victim enough time to react to in-game warnings to stop blocking the doorway, you had full rights to kill them, as it is obvious that they planted a C4 as well as ignored it and were obstructing its defusal.
