Sadly just because the server is getting "boring" doesn't give you the right to rule break or have a bad attitude towards other people, I can understand the frustration that is caused by being punished for just trying to have some fun but it's not an excuse to do what you did. I don't believe a permanent ban is the correct amount of time though something like 2 or 3 weeks is a better fit in my opinion.
