After looking at your appeal and looking at your rapsheet I have come to the conclusion to deny the appeal.

The reason why I have decided to deny the appeal is because you don't seem to be apologetic about your action at all and looking at your rapsheet you have been perma ban twice now and don't seem to learn from it. I suggest you play on other zarp based servers like Prop Hunt or SSRP to regain trust to prove to us that you can be trusted to follow this rules this time on other server.
