Was given warning without discussion for an incident I can't now remember, probably yet another RDM due to killing someone who was KOS on microphone.

In my opinion A lot of the warnings are small infractions and add up quickly because it's a large server and a lot of RDM which then gets reported because you were forced to kill an innocent and admins just have to serve out warnings quickly so they don't get swamped.
