Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Player 1 has proven RDM I would check his rap and see that he has 6 recent warns with no bans within a recent year, so in turn i would ban him for 1-3 days for too many recent warnings.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member X banned them permanently for “exploiting”, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? :

First i would review the whole story with myself and the fellow staff member that banned him for their side of the story and their reasoning, then i would proceed to ask the player who was banned if they were truly sorry for what they had done and if they have anything to add to the story, then i would collect all the knowledge that i acquired and come to either 2 outcomes.
Outcome 1; the banned player had given their sincerest apology or if they just showed lack of knowledge for the game and would show the appeal as accepted.

Outcome 2: The player should lack of sincerity on their apology or put no effort into the appeal or if they continued to be disrespectful outside of the server.


Why I should be promoted:
I have been moderator for quite a few weeks now and i have had quite a firm grasp of being a staff member, i'll admit it i''m not perfect i have had my few mishaps but now i feel as if i know everything there is to know. i have some weaknesses but i am willing to work on them now and in the future, I have good activity on the weekend ( i have school so i do as much as i can on week days). I am often on team speak and is quite friendly with other members of staff. Also i have never abused my ulx commands to benefit me in the game or to annoy other players.
