So here is some of the issues I have with spectrums demotion. I have personally never had issues with contacting Spectrum through steam or discord when I have needed to speak to him(Unlike the issues I have had with other staff members(not naming people to avoid drama). Yes Spectrums attitude towards people has not always been the best but lets be honest here its not the worst. I have seen admins and even LT and CM's with much worst attitude. I would also like to add that me and a few other fellow ZARPIANS all remember but not sure to find it the LeadTeam/staff team Time requirement on the server being "3 hours a week" (I might be wrong but we all remember it)

This time was met by spectrum and if hes not motivated to play he can easily do most of the job of a headadmin out of game. These jobs being

• Tasks on the weekly onenote.
• filling out weekly spreadsheets for meetings
• Any other things that have been adding since I resigned.

These tasks are picked out in the weekly meeting for the LT to do. Along with this the demotion itself seems stupid. Lets look at the staff team right now we currently have 1 Head admin after getting rid of Spectrum. Lets also add that this single Headadmin is also Owner of multiple servers and has alot of other things to do other than just SSRP. And, we have all seen in the past what has happened with onions play time and attitude towards these ranks(being when he owned them before clarky)
Onion would bearly get 3 hours on the servers and the time was just afked. he would just sit in a spacer on teamspeak and that was it. If he joined SSRP he might run around a little bit but if not he would only sit is spawn.
Now lets look at the pro's about Spectrum
- If you need him you message him almost instant replies.
-Friendly and easy to talk to.
-I have personally never known spectrum not to do something he has been told to.
-Willing to argue his argument instead of just backing down .
Cons
-Doesn't want to just sit afk on the server for activity.
-Speaks his opinion if he thinks someone is wrong. (wait thats a con? I thought thats what any good admin should do).

Lets be real here unless there is some solid stuff like spectrum abusing, not giving a single fuck we all know he shouldn't be demoted. He earned the rank and should have the rank still. Big +support for this appeal. It was a shit idea for him to be demoted for such a petty reason in the beginning. Good luck Spectrum
