Every time I need help with something on the server Spectrum is usually the guy that comes on to sort it out right when I ask him, so him being easy to contact couldn't be more true, even for the smallest things that I've contacted him about he joins quite quickly to try to rectify, but I guess he is not helpful enough in the eyes of the people who sit afk on the server.

The head admins need to understand that just because they can't see you being helpful to others, doesn't mean you're not helpful at all. But hey I am wasting my time writing this because players opinions, visual and written facts are just not taken into consideration even though users tend to see a lot more of what staff members do compared to the higher ups.
