After talking to Stephen, the staff in question, as well as the person who gave you their third ban, as in accordance to the rules and guidelines, the ban for 3 weeks is appropriate considering you have been given 5 recents and a ban not mere a month ago on 12 days given by another member of staff.
I have therefor decided to deny this appeal.
