This is probably gonna be taken in the wrong way but that's what you are meant to do in a situation like this. The whole reason why an appeal was made is that the staff member is being accused of not doing their job properly and it's up to the person handling to find out if that is the case or not. Some people can't stand the pressure but that's not really on you, it's on them. Just like henny and mattors have pointed out as well if it was handled poorly a head admin ( if I recall correctly a super admin too) can overrule it. Let's not forget to mention that at the end of the day you are trying to prove yourself worthy of super admin and if you can't assume a leadership position and act the part then what is the point.
