Am I the only one confused by this? The whole point of an appeal is to appeal a punishment given out by another staff member, and if you looked at the evidence properly, from a non biased perspective, and decided to accept/deny it regardless of what the original admin determined, then there is no need for an apology

Another thing, if you truly did handle appeals wrong, then a Head Administrator can just overrule it. If a Head Administrator is not overruling it, then the original staff members opinion has no grounds as the LT agrees with your decision.
