First off I would like to say that I was not asked to make this apology and did it by my own will. I have been informed that I have made some mistakes in handling appeals and I will make sure not to make them again. I was told that multiple staff members after me handling an appeal in which they banned the user, felt like my verdict made them feel that the ban they handed out were unjust/false. I would like to apologize to all the fellow staff members I made feel this way (I do not have names because the person who told me this did not have them at the time, if I do get names however I will update this post.) It was never my intention to make you question your own staffing ability, and I’m sorry if I made you look bad. It will not happen again as I have taken some new advice whilst handling appeals. Once again, I am sorry.
