There are plans to make a big update to the RTV System in the future which would include such features you've mentioned, a smaller rtv menu to make it neater and for it to not stop you during runs. Chute was going to be working on something like this as its his addon and was planning on doing an update for it later this year or even early next year as he's been very busy recently with the SSRP Update, so hopefully you will see this in the future and thank you for making a suggestion, if you have any concerns or questions you can message me on discord.
