No reason to say your "pretty sure" there was worse staff than you, because that's just as unprofessional as what you said you weren't going to do (name them)... No need to even mention that. You should just be glad he left you feedback. Not that you can do much with it because of your past, but all you can really do is appreciate that he left a comment, and try to improve off it.
