After speaking with the admin who warned you and looking at the appeal I have come to conclusion denied the appeal.

zuko showed me proof of the damage and shots logs and in them the guy didn't shoot you. next time Please go over the rules again and make sure that the guy actually did you shoot you then jumping to conclusions..
