After looking at your video and the server logs it appears that you were never frozen by an admin. You were being held by a physgun in which you can still be killed in which is not a server-sided issues. Unfortunately we will not be refunding you for your Jugg or Mini2 that you lost, however, the admin who picked you up is always welcome to refund you if he likes.
