Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. If player A mass RDM and continues to do so after a warning, i ban it for Continious Mass RDM.
2. If the player does not stop receiving recent warnings such as a 6 or 7, I notify him that the next warning will be a ban

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I see myself qualified for a higher rank, since I have not only had experience in this gmod server but in much more being an administrator, supervisor or something else. I think that with the situations that I have gone through + the experience that I have in the server so I think i am qualified for admin. I take it seriously, and I look forward to contributing to this community.
