So your response to my questions about being more transparent and allowing people to see the conversations you seem to be always having on an un-recordable platform is to ignore my question and tell me to look at other communities?
If there's always improvements to be made, why is this not one of them that could be? If it's so transparent and fair why is a suggestion of being able to record and document these apparent fair conversations being sidelined and more than likely declined, when it would benefit the staff team the most if that was the case?
